Delete your account – Fixly

This page explains how a tradesperson deletes their Fixly account and all of its data, with or without the app.

How to delete

Any one of these is enough.

• In the app or on the website: Settings → Delete account → Delete.
• On WhatsApp: write "disconnect" (in Hebrew, "תנתק") in the chat with Fixly's assistant.
• By email, without signing in: send the account's phone number and a request to delete it to info@fixlycrm.com. We confirm with that number on WhatsApp and delete it.

What is deleted

From the moment of deletion the account cannot be entered, and within 24 hours all of its data is deleted: clients and their cards, the conversations that were read, tasks, appointments, expenses and payments, the conversation with the assistant and its memory, the business profile and booking page, files sent to the assistant, and the Google Calendar connection. Backup copies are deleted within 7 days.

What is kept

Only usage-cost records (what calls to the models cost each day), with an internal number and no name, phone or content, for accounting. The tradesperson's WhatsApp and its chats are not affected.
